URL and evidence
The exact page, the exact element, and the exact reason it matters — with a screenshot or a Google Search Console reference where the source is available. No unattributed opinion.
AI SEO audit · United Kingdom · Small service sites
Small-Site Audit is a £99 AI SEO audit for small UK service websites. You receive the three most useful fixes for your five most important pages — the evidence, the exact wording to use, an effort estimate, and a check you can run to prove it worked. Every fix is checked automatically against your live pages before you see it, so it never refers to a page or text that isn't there. If fewer than three fixes pass those checks, you get a full refund automatically.
The deliverable
A generic tool report tells you what is wrong. It rarely tells you what to change, in what words, to which URL. Every ticket in the pack is written to be handed straight to a web designer, an internal team member, or done yourself in the CMS. This is the whole point of the audit.
The exact page, the exact element, and the exact reason it matters — with a screenshot or a Google Search Console reference where the source is available. No unattributed opinion.
Where a wording change is the fix, we write the wording. Where the fix is technical, we write the ticket a builder can act on without a second call. Where there is judgement involved, we say so.
Effort is a minutes-to-hours estimate a small business can plan against. Confidence is High, Medium or Low with a reason. The verification check is the one thing you look at after implementation to prove it landed.
Why this exists
Automated SEO tools give owners of small service sites a score and a hundred flags, most of which do not matter and none of which come with the wording to fix them. Large SEO agencies do useful work, but they sell twelve-month strategies at four-figure prices and their audits usually arrive with an upsell attached. Small businesses need something narrower: the three edits that will move enquiries this quarter, on this site, with the exact copy in hand.
Small-Site Audit is what that looks like. It is deliberately fixed in scope — five priority pages, one domain, one primary service, up to three locations. The audit is written by AI and we say so plainly. What makes it trustworthy is not a signature: it is that every fix must point to a real page on your site, quote the text that is there now, and pass a set of automatic checks before it reaches you. We publish the method, the checks and a full sample audit, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What we do not sell: a ranking guarantee, a link-building programme dressed up as an audit, a report you cannot use without hiring us again. If your site cannot be crawled by us, or is too large or too complex for the fixed scope, we say so before you pay.
What the audit covers
Most small businesses looking for local SEO services or on-page SEO services are offered a monthly retainer. For a site of up to fifty pages, the first job is usually simpler: find the few things that stop Google, and your customers, understanding what you do and where you do it. The audit checks three areas and turns the most important findings into three fixes.
Can Google crawl and index your key pages? Status codes, robots rules, canonicals, sitemap, redirects, HTTPS, mobile speed. The technical checks.
Does each page say what you do and where, in the title, description, main heading and opening copy? You get the exact replacement wording.
Tap-to-call phone numbers, consistent business details, service-area wording and structured data. See a sample local SEO audit.

What this table doesn't tell you. It doesn't tell you which one will help your specific site the most — that depends on your goal, your size, and whether you want implementation or a plan. It also doesn't tell you which providers use senior time and which use a template. Read each provider's own page and their sample output before you decide.
Fit
If you're not sure, write to us with your URL and we'll say yes or no before you pay.
Process
You tell us the domain, your primary service, up to three locations, your enquiry goal, and optionally a Search Console export file. No passwords or account access, ever.
We check your site can be read and fits the scope. If it can't — too large, blocked to crawlers, or content that only appears with JavaScript — we tell you straight away and you pay nothing.
Our crawler reads your pages and runs a fixed set of technical and local SEO checks. AI then picks the three highest-impact issues and writes each fix with exact wording. Every fix is checked against the crawl before release; any that fail are thrown out.
A private access-controlled report page (not indexed, not on the public site) with three tickets, evidence, exact wording, effort, confidence, verification checks and a four-week measurement plan. If a fix gets a fact about your site wrong, we correct it or refund you.

What we won't do
Google is clear: no one can guarantee first place. Anyone who does is either dishonest or about to be. Every finding in your pack states its confidence level and its expected size of effect. If a change is a coin flip, we say so.
We only sell the audit, so we have no reason to inflate findings to sell you more work. Every ticket is written so you, or whoever built your site, can make the change without calling us.
The audit is generated by AI and no person reviews it before it reaches you. That is why the fact-checks exist: a fix cannot name a page that isn't on your site, or quote text that isn't there. See how it works for the full list of checks.
Common questions
Usually yes. During intake you tell us the five URLs you most want us to focus on, or we pick the five that most influence enquiries. Sites over about fifty pages sit outside the scope; the fit check tells you before you pay.
You keep whatever we found and get a full refund automatically. We never pad an audit to reach three. See the pricing page for the exact refund policy.
No. We never ask for passwords or account access. If you like, you can upload a Search Console performance export (a CSV file) during intake to make the fixes more specific. The audit works without it.
Not today. We're a new business. If we're first-page it will be because we produced content that genuinely serves the small-site owner better than the incumbents. The sample audit is a large part of that argument.
Ready
Ten minutes of intake, usually under an hour to your report. £99, fixed. Full refund if we can't find three fixes.
