£99 for a Small-Site SEO Audit. VAT-inclusive at this stage; if we register for VAT the price will not rise to compensate. You only pay after the fit check confirms your site can be audited. If fewer than three fixes pass our checks, you get a full refund automatically.

- One correction round for factual errors within seven days of delivery
- Every fix fact-checked automatically against your live pages. The audit is AI-generated and not reviewed by a person

Refund policy — the exact rules
Because the fee is small and the scope is fixed, our refund policy is short and explicit. There is nothing hidden.
If your site doesn't fit
If your site fails the fit check — too large, content that only appears with JavaScript, blocked to crawlers, or behind a login — no fee is charged. Payment is only taken after the fit check passes.
The "fewer than three material issues" refund
If fewer than three fixes pass our checks, you receive whatever we found and a full refund to the card you paid with, automatically, at delivery. We never invent a fix to reach three — two good fixes and your money back is a better outcome than three with one made up.
The "zero material issues" refund
If we find zero material issues on your five priority pages — extremely rare on a small-business site — you receive a full refund and a short written note describing what we saw. In practice this outcome usually means the site is well-maintained already and the constraint on your enquiries is somewhere else (usually market, service or off-site).
The "we made a factual mistake" correction
Every audit includes one correction round. Write within seven days if a ticket relies on a fact we got wrong — a service you don't offer, a URL we misread, a location that isn't yours — and we rewrite the affected ticket at no cost. This is a correction of fact, not a change of opinion.
The "I changed my mind" position
If a delivered fix states something about your site that isn't true, tell us within seven days: we correct it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. If the audit fails to run for any technical reason, you are refunded in full automatically. Because the audit starts the moment you pay and usually finishes within the hour, it cannot be cancelled part-way; this is set out in the terms, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Implementation
We don't sell implementation. Each ticket contains the page, the exact change and a way to check it worked, so you or your web builder can act on it without calling us.
VAT and business status
Small-Site Audit is operated by a sole trader in the United Kingdom (details on the about and contact pages). Below the VAT registration threshold, the £99 fee is inclusive of everything and no VAT applies. If we register for VAT, the price will not rise to compensate until the next pricing review.
Invoices are provided by email, in PDF, on request or automatically for orders over £100 which every audit is.
Payment method
Payment is taken by card via Stripe at the end of intake, after the fit check passes. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to this service. Nothing on this page or in our terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer — this includes the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
