Step 3 · What good looks like

More enquiries on my primary service in my primary location. Show up for local searches — "[service] near me" or "[service] [town]". A previous ranking or traffic drop that I want diagnosed. A rebuild or relaunch is coming and I want to know what to preserve. A second opinion on an SEO campaign I've paid for.

Step 4 · The five URLs

Which five URLs on your site should we focus on? optional but recommended

One per line, full URLs. If you leave this blank, we pick the five that most influence your stated goal.

Are there any pages we should NOT touch or recommend changes to? optional

Yes — I have pages already ranking well and I don't want them rewritten. Yes — brand or campaign content I own but can't change wording on. Yes — legal / regulatory content that must not be edited by us. No — everything is on the table.

Step 5 · Data access (optional but useful)

We never ask for passwords or account access. The one optional extra is a Search Console export file, which makes the fixes more specific. Skip it if you don't have one — the audit still works.

Search Console performance export (CSV, last 3 months) optional

In Search Console: Performance → Export → Download CSV. Upload the Queries.csv or Pages.csv file. Max 10 MB.

If you have a Google Business Profile, paste its URL. optional

Anything already in flight we shouldn't recommend? optional

E.g., a new services page being written, a builder about to migrate the site, an SEO agency you've hired. Prevents duplicate advice.

Step 6 · Delivery & the fit check

Report links are single-use and access-controlled. This is where the link and the payment receipt go.

Have you read the methodology and pricing / refund policy? ·required

Yes — I've read both and understand what is and isn't included.

Fit check — please read. If your site is more than about fifty pages, uses client-side rendering with no server-rendered content, blocks crawlers with robots.txt, or requires a login to reach the pages you want audited, our fit check will stop before payment, so you won't be charged. In those cases a different service is better for you than this one. See the FAQ if you're unsure.

What happens next. Submitting runs the fit check, which takes about a minute. If your site can be audited, you go straight to secure payment. The audit starts as soon as you've paid and the private report link is usually in your inbox within the hour. If the site can't be audited, we tell you why and nothing is charged.
