Include: your URL, primary service, primary location, roughly how many pages, and one sentence about what you want the audit to change. A yes-or-no fit answer usually takes fifteen minutes to write.
If you've been quoted for SEO elsewhere
Feel free to forward the quote and ask whether the £99 audit would give you the same information. In many cases the honest answer is "yes, at least partially" — and we'd rather say so than take a fee that duplicates work.
